We will advocate your interest for 1% of the purchase price, including any necessary legal work (except litigation). Since most sellers expect to pay 3% to the “buyer side”, you can start your negotiations by subtracting 2%...

There are so many resources available to you to find real estate.  Newspapers, internet, magazines, even television programming. YOU know best what you want.

Do your research. When you visit properties, tell the seller or the agent that you already have legal representation. You must plan your financing. When you find the right one, we will prepare and tailor the contracts at your direction and to your advantage, and we will guide through the buying process, providing sound advice and proven resources.

Sellers

There are so many ways to market your property. Advertise: FSBO, Multiple Listing Service, Internet, local newspapers. Show it to everyone that you can. We can give you guidance, but that’s not what we do...

When you find your buyer, we will advocate for your best interest (or we will mediate the transaction if appropriate). Many Buyers comment that they have more confidence in working with a Seller who has legal representation- it provides credibility. We will prepare or review any paperwork and ensure that the process goes smoothly to closing. After you market the property and find the buyer, let us take care of the details.
