Stuart W. Prall

Stuart Prall is a practicing attorney and real estate investor, living in the beautiful Four Corners area of Colorado, and serving clients across the state. Mr. Prall grew up in Cincinnati, attended Hamilton College in upstate New York, then moved to Colorado after college to “ski bum”. He then attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He received his J.D. and license to practice law in 1994 and has been a part of hundreds of real estate transactions in his professional career, as mediator, advocate, buyer and seller.

In his free time, Stuart enjoys backpacking and fly fishing in the beautiful San Juan mountains in the summertime, and will ski whenever and forever...

Stuart is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Durango One Hundred Club and he supports Big Brothers/Big Sisters of La Plata County, Volunteers of America, and the the San Juan Symphony.

Polly Morgenstern

Polly Morgenstern has a Bachelor of Music from the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester. She received her J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. Her musical and legal background provided the foundation of a volunteer career in non-profit board leadership while raising her two children in Cleveland. An inactive member of the Ohio Bar, she relocated to Durango, Colorado with her husband, Daniel, in 2000. In Durango, she has continued to pursue her passion for non-profit board governance, leading the San Juan Symphony through six years of unprecedented growth, and indulging her diverse passions for the arts, community service, the outdoors and intellectual pursuits.
